 Too often, traditional strategic planning interventions offer a frustratingly short-lived insight into what is possible for your organisation. So many exciting plans fall by the wayside and worthy goals are abandoned as organisations keep doing the same things in the same ways.
Creative Consulting & Development Works has recently spent two days in a strategic visioning session that really broadened our perspective of future possibilities. We are so excited about this methodology and are now pleased to offer the Preferred Futuring Workshops to fellow organisations.
 The Preferred Futuring workshops put aside the traditional methods of planning and goal setting which oftentimes fail to engage the full capacities of each contributor. This alternative method provides organisations with an intensive two day visioning process. The workshop allows each team member the opportunity to collaborate and envision an intentional Preferred Future and gives each participant the tools to make powerful ideas a reality.
The facilitator, Beth Peterson, is a training specialist and coach with over 20 years of experience. Using the Preferred Futuring method, Beth facilitates the expression of sustainable and fulfilling organisational realities.
