Creative Consulting and DEVELOPMENT WORKS is a Cape Town based consultancy, servicing the needs of the development sector, with extensive experience in working with nonprofits, government, corporates and funding organizations.

Established in 2003 DEVELOPMENT WORKS is headed by Lindy Briginshaw. She is supported by a team of dynamic researchers, project implementers and communication specialists who combine research, strategy and communication in a multi-faceted manner. The focus is on capacity building, sharing of knowledge and skills, implementing dynamic projects and providing solutions that are developmental and sustainable. The team values creative engagement and works with passion, integrity and ingenuity to produce solutions that are innovative, sustainable, beneficial and effective within a development context.

Young graduates are also provided with the opportunity to build their capacity and skills by participating in structured internship placements. These internships provide opportunities for previously disadvantaged graduates to increase their working knowledge of the development sector.
